The Exotic Shawarma was born from a simple but powerful insight. shawarma is one of the most practical fast foods for life on the go—and a strong, competitive alternative to burgers and pizza, especially for the Indian palate.

From the beginning, our focus was never just speed, but taste architecture. We recognized that for Indian consumers, flavor depth, spice balance, and palate familiarity are the true deal breakers. This belief led us to build a brand centered on developing layered flavors and customized spice profiles, making shawarma not just accessible, but deeply satisfying.

Through extensive research and experimentation with spices, marinades, and pairings, the brand introduced shawarma-based rice bowls & salad platters, which have become one of our top-selling categories.
During regulatory changes that restricted mayonnaise usage in Hyderabad, the brand responded proactively by developing an in-house cashew-based mayonnaise, freshly prepared every two hours and free from acid regulators—reinforcing our commitment to quality and compliance.
